We’re hosting your event with the safety of you and your guests in mind

We want to keep your updated about procedures and standards we’ve implemented as we host your events. These procedures can be found throughout both our full-service hotel and event center.  Here are a few examples:

  • Temperatures are taken upon guest arrival to the Emerald Event Center on the wrist or forehead
  • Social distancing markers are on the floor in the pre-function space as well as the dance floor
  • Banquet bars have a glass barrier for service
  • All team members have masks on
  • Banquet tables are 6ft apart in ballroom
  • Food is plated or if at a station/buffet there is an attendant serving to avoid sharing serving utensils
  • Bars close at 10pm with consumption completed by 11pm
  • Hand sanitizer stations are located in the pre-function area
  • Common condiments are now being covered or provided on an individual basis (i.e. individual salt and pepper shakers, prewrapped butter, individual ramekins for salad dressings)
  • Beverages are no longer being pre-set (i.e. water, coffee and tea) they are being served in order to try and reduce these items from being exposed for too long
  • Silverware on tables is placed inside napkins
  • Ballroom doors are open at all times in order to promote social distancing
