The Emerald Event Center capped off its first holiday season with a spectacular New Year’s event – “A Roaring Good Time,” that had guests ringing in the New Year with style, mouthwatering cuisine, dancing and drinks. After dining on a feast fit for a holiday celebration — Petite Angus Beef Filet, Split Cold Water Lobster Tail and Beef Wellington —many opted to purchase an overnight package and “ride the elevator home” following the dazzling evening.
